Has it been decreed?

Has it been decreed? Has it been spoken? Has it been upon your lips? For lo, I have said decree a thing that it may be established unto you. Life and death are in the power of your tongue. I tell you, speak! Speak My word. Speak it in faith. Allow Me to prove Myself to you. I say, decree that which is not as though it were. Watch as it comes to pass. For My word does not fall to the ground void and empty. It will go forth and accomplish all I sent it out to do. I say, decree and declare My word. Decree who you are and all I say you have become. Stand in faith and watch as it comes to pass. For I am not a man that I should lie nor the son of man that I should repent sayeth the Lord.
